Shipping rates are included in product prices for all orders across India and USA.

For international orders, additional duties and taxes may apply, which are calculated at checkout.

If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
Customs and Duties:

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are determined by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

We currently ship to selected countries including USA and India.

Shipping Delays:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or courier disruptions.
Order cancellations:

Order can only be cancelled if processing has not begun as we begin production soon after receiving your order.

After production starts, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns:

Returns requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for eligible cases (defective, damaged or incorrect items/non-defective items)

We do not mass produce or resell returns - hence, returns are limited. Every item is created and produced specially for you once your order is placed.

Returns only be initiated for unworn, unused products with original tags and packaging. Items must not be damaged, in original condition and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:

Final sale items or in promotional offers.

Custom or personalized products.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund. photos should be within a timeline of delivery.

Products like shorts, performance wear, intimate wear, custom printed, tank tops, cosmetics are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item with return shipping cost for a refund and placing a new order.

How to Initiate a Return:

Attach photos of the item if it’s damaged or defective at the time of delivery only.

Once approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions for shipping.

Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Multi-Supplier Orders: Since we work with multiple suppliers, items from your order may ship separately and have different return addresses. Please follow the return instructions for each item.

International Returns: Customers returning items internationally are responsible for customs duties or fees associated with the return shipment.
